Not at all. We've designed the interface to be intuitive and straightforward. If you can use email and basic websites, you can use our software. Our goal is software so simple you can learn it in minutes without training.

We ask for 15-30 minutes bi-weekly for feedback sessions. Beyond that, we hope you'll use the software in your daily work to help us identify improvements. The more you use it, the more valuable your feedback becomes.

Yes, absolutely! Only for the 1st 10 Beta users who actively engage in providing feedback.  This is our way of thanking early adopters who help shape the product.

Your data is always safe and will migrate seamlessly to new versions. We maintain backward compatibility with all updates and provide advance notice of any significant changes.

As a beta tester, you get direct access to the founders via Slack and phone (text/call) and email. We typically respond within hours, sometimes within minutes. Your questions and issues go straight to the people building the software, not a support team.
